Terms of Service

Acceptance
By accessing The Operator, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business and authorize access to its connected accounts.
The service
The Operator consolidates restaurant operating information from third-party platforms selected by the user. Analytics are informational and may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by changes made by those platforms.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, connect only locations you are authorized to manage, and use the service lawfully. You may not attempt to bypass security, interfere with the service, or access another merchant’s data.
Third-party platforms
Clover, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and other connected services are operated by third parties under their own terms and policies. The Operator is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or business practices.
Ownership
You retain ownership of your business data. The Operator and its interface, software, branding, and original content remain the property of their respective owner. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your data and provide the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, The Operator disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages resulting from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and revoke connected-platform permissions at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.
